This Private Gated Estate Villa offers 11 Bedrooms is a sanctuary just minutes--walking distance--from the center of Puerto Vallarta. This beach front gated villa is set within a walled estate and boasts a full staff including 3 private Chefs to prepare three meals a day and a full-service staff to mix up your poolside drinks, meals and snacks. This is Puerto Vallarta’s last tropical Jungle Paradise along the famed Mexican Riviera. A variety of original Mexican Art graces the walls, adding an exotic fun to the vacation home that was featured on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. The peaceful mood is enhanced by romantic south-of-the-border music throughout the estate. The Villa offers 11 bedrooms with sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas and the beach. With a climate perfect for outdoor living, this beachside villa offers a full-size pool with bar, deck, living room, dining terrace with panoramic views. The uppermost level offers breathtaking ocean views and downstairs there is a living room, wet bar, lounging area and veranda over-looking the bay, and our beautiful 300-year-old paper tree. COST: The cost per bedroom of the villa is just under $1,500 from SEP 9 to 13 (we're calling it an even $1500). This includes all the amenities listed! There are 4 rooms with a king the rest are double queens. A 50% deposit will be due pretty soon and the remainder in July 2022.
For those who want to come in early or stay longer, the rate is: $295.00 per bedroom per night plus taxes. We will be staying earlier for Labor Day through to the BDay celebration. |
